Odd Questions

So far in life, have you enjoyed being you? Have you found it difficult to live within your genetic framework? Are you picking up enough wisdom along the way to find true life quality? Have you gotten the cosmic point of your particular life?

These are questions of the spirit within us. As you become more aware of your inner observer, you ask more of these and similar questions. Is your body going to last long enough for you to get all of your spiritual work done? Which is more important, your calling or managing your life circumstances?

As you can see, once you start asking “spirit” questions, they just continue to flow. To ask such questions is not narcissistic navel gazing. These questions have to do with your inner GPS (your inner compass). Are you where you are supposed to be in life, or did you lose your way? Are you lost in a jungle of cultural noises and symbols, or do you feel like some invisible hand is “leading you beside still waters?”

The one most amazing thing in this world is that all people — even identical twins — experience something unique. We are far more than sophisticated animals. “Evolved” does not even begin to describe us. Look at our arts! Look at our achievements! Look at the one thing we all have that cannot be fully realized — our imagination. Now ask yourself the question that cannot be answered: What is it about you that you can ask yourself these questions?
